Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel before dropping it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
